Monitoring and evaluation of the current project

Monitoring and evaluation of the project began in March. Project coordinator Simone NKOUANJIO and team member Etiennette OWONO (Assistant Social Affairs and member of the Association FEPES) began visiting the 30 groups involved in the project.

The visits were used to assess the contribution of each group to the project and to verify the effectiveness of the use of textbooks in schools that received donations from the project. The groups received further explanations on subjects that were not mastered during the original group training, and the trainers will reinforce this knowledge during their monitoring visits.

Le suivi et l’évaluation du projet en cours

Le suivi et l’évaluation du projet ont commencé au mois de mars dernier. Il s’est agi pour la coordonnatrice du projet  Simone NKOUANJIO et Etiennette OWONO (assistante des affaires sociales et membre de l’association FEPES) de descendre dans les 30 groupes impliqués dans le projet. 

Cette descente a permis d’évaluer la participation de chaque groupe au projet et de vérifier l’effectivité de l’utilisation des manuels scolaires dans les écoles ayant reçu les dons du projet. Les groupes ont reçu encore des explications à ce qu’ils n’avaient pas bien assimilés lors de la formation, en attendant que les formateurs viennent renforcer ces connaissances pendant leur suivi.
